Does holding OKB reduce OKX trading fees?

OKX’s current help page says holding OKB does not change fee discount tiers and OKB cannot offset exchange trading fees.

Does every limit order get a maker fee?

No. A limit order that fills immediately can be charged as a taker. Confirm the order settings and applicable rate before execution.
